About Robyn

After breaking my leg 13 years ago in the most Canadian way possible—ice skating—I discovered my bone density was lacking, a predecessor of osteoporosis.

I decided a change was needed, finding fitness the key to my recovery. Much to my embarrassment, the first trip to the gym was made on crutches.

Weight lifting changed my life, which lead to my first kickboxing class. Since then, I have trained extensively in Canada and Ireland in the sport of boxing and kickboxing.

In my early twenties, I was diagnosed with extreme food allergies. I had no choice but to become an expert in clean eating, years before it was a weight-loss trend.

Philosophy

As a fitness professional, I seek to improve my clients’ well being through their own eyes. As their confidence improves, so does every aspect of their health and fitness.

Taking time for oneself is all about inner strength, which allows clients to enjoy a better quality of life.  I believe fitness motivation should stem from the everyday, whether it's wanting to spend more time gardening or travelling the world.
